HOW TO BUY
You can directly order any of our smaller handcrafted products from the GOODS section on the Shop page. After your purchase has been processed, we will contact you with a confirmation timeframe and delivery. We also regularly take custom orders, which can be a modification from one of our existing designs or a piece designed and built from scratch. Depending on the type of customization, we typically require a 50% deposit to place the project in queue on the shop calendar, the remaining balance is due before shipping. If it’s being delivered locally, the remaining balance can be obtained then or at time of pickup. Please feel free to contact us with ideas you may have for a custom piece of furniture.
LEAD TIME
We build all of our furniture/products to order and the lead time is anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. our smaller items ship within one to two weeks of ordering depending on product. Occasionally, we have pieces in inventory that can be ordered and shipped immediately. If your order needs to be completed in a shorter time, we can expedite on a case-by-case basis. Please note that expedited orders will require an additional charge.
CANCELLATION
We allow customers to cancel heir order within 24 hours of placement of order, this cancellation will incur a 10% processing fee. Once production begins on an order, cancellations are allowed with 25% restocking fee. We do not refund deposits on cancellations of custom orders.
